Louakal Logistics (LKL) Mobile Application

If you no longer wish to use Louakal Logistics (LKL), you can permanently delete your account and associated personal data. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from the app

Open the LKL app and sign in to your account.

Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account.

Confirm your request. Your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Before you delete: Complete or cancel any active shipments. Outstanding orders must be settled before your account can be removed.

What gets deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
Account credentials and app preferences
Push notification tokens and device identifiers linked to your account

What may be retained

Some information may be kept for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes (e.g. completed order records, payment history) for up to 7 years, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Request account deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you may submit a deletion request using the form below. Our team will process your request within 30 days.
